From the off Onkar and the team were very professional and thorough. I had been with other estate agents prior and was messed around for over 6 months. Onkar then approached me and guarenteed to sell my house for the exact price I wanted. I was skeptical at first due to previous experiences and the fact the property was on a mine shaft. After a little while of hard work and dedication from the team including Karen and David, I recieved an offer I was happy to go ahead with. I have used Indy & his team twice now. I have used a few different agents before innovate, but innovate are so much better than their competitors , very friendly & professional. My first tenant is still with us, perfect tenant. We went back again to innovate as we were so happy the first time & they did it again. Great tenant, very respectful. We have been very disappointed by the letting services provided. The only time that the letting staff - Loren has been friendly and welcoming was at the house viewing. After that it all went down the hill. When we needed the most help, we have been ignored again and again and again. Phoned the agency several times and each time we've been given different reasons why she can not speak to us, that is not in (despite the fact that we drove by and she was), that she is in a meeting, but never returned the calls, our emails have been ignored. We have been charged lots of money for services, but no support or empathy whatsoever has been provided. Very poor communication skills demonstrated by staff, and you constantly have to chase them, rather than vice versa as you would expect. The impression left is that customer satisfaction is far from being a priority, and it's all about money and numbers for them. Do not recommend at all!

I can only have full satisfaction with Karen and her team at innovate they guiding me and assisted me to purchase a beautiful three bed semi which made my family really happen. In three word to describe them. Professional Helpful Smooth So if your thinking of purchasing a new home or even trying to sell your previous one, I would highly recommend. Without a doubt the best estate agency! I went with Innovate to sell some properties and it was the best decision that i had made! They were all very professional and knew their stuff inside out! All questions would be answered in great detail and put us at ease. Not once did they give me headache but they worked to sell my property if it was their own home they were selling, so i knew they took great joy and pride. Everyone i spoke to made me feel like family so it made the journey a lot more comfortable. On a weekly basis i was kept up to date with the progress of the sale by David and every time i had to ask a question then he was readily avaliable. Really big thank you to Karen too who dealt with the deal of my house, she is a truly amazing person, worked really hard to do viewings etc and to secure the deal, there's no doubt that she is beyond expectional at what she does! Such a warm welcoming, friendly team!!!! Thank you to all :)

Terrible experience with this agency. Viewing went ahead with no application forwarded onto to us despite multiple calls. Finally got the application sent to us which was sent back within 24 hours. When it came to the final decision, the agency didn't even let us know that we didn't get the place until WE had to call. They told us we were supposed to get an email but of course this didn't come through, no surprises there.
