🤬I've got no reason to lie about the call, I can post a screen shot of the day I received the call from Innovate, and I can provide witness statements following the call - I was in a meeting at the time. You treated me unfairly and both me and the landlord suffered How things change... lived in my home for 6 years and because I missed a few months rent during Covid I got evicted. This was no fault of the landlord... I can't prove it apart from a screen shot of the call. They rang me and told me to stop paying rent and save for a deposit because the owner of the house was evicting me. At this point I'd started back at work and agreed to pay a weekly figure which would have cleared the debt within 6 weeks. My experience over the 6 years has been shocking. I came home and found a For Sale sign outside my house... they never told me. I made a home and redecorated the whole house. In response... why would I lie, I didn't want to leave my home and I'd set up a payment plan. I don't believe it was the landlord, it was Innovate who took me to court otherwise the name on the documents would have been the landlords. I emailed numerous time following the call to tell me to expect an eviction notice asking if it could be stopped. You also sent me an abandonment letter during covid, I've got the letter and its dated. When I spoke to the manager I was advised it was a mistake and the lady couldn't apologize enough. You also emailed my neighbor in response to a request to fix the fence; stating you weren't doing any repairs until I'd been evicted.

Well people once again I can only praise Emma for all she has done for me. In two weeks Emma has met me at awkward times due to my hours of working away. Not only has she signed me into a property she has signed me out of one whilst dealing with her own work as a manager of maintenance. Can't really fault the service I received.especially from Karen, Lois & David who were always there whenever I didn't understand something or I wanted an update or advice. Their down to Earth approach was something I appreciated & they well understand the stress involved in selling & moving especially as we were re-locating to another part of the UK. I certainly recommend Innovate if you want to sell because of all the support & help which we received during the sale.
