BEWARE OF THIS AGENT

BEWARE OF THIS AGENT. Several years ago 2018 approx. I sold my house through this agent. They led me to believe that the property I was selling had subsidence (even though 18 months before when I purchased the property I was told by my surveyor the property was solid). The surveyor for the new purchaser who diagnosed subsidence for the house I was selling appeared to be in collaboration with this estate agent. In fact the agent used extreme scare tactics to encourage me to sell my house more cheaply than I should have. I naively did this and have since noticed that no underpinning was undertaken on this house and it is now a 3 storey building. SHAME ON YOU INNOVATE

BREAKING THE LAW! Said no DSS on phone (said we have to be working) despite this being made ILLEGAL! As it discriminates against people who are out of work due to disability. Then when I told them it's illegal put me through to someone else. Who came up with ludicrous income figures for us and guarantor to rent a poxy place at £900 per month. Despite us having enough income and savings to live there for 30 years easy.

AVOID INNOVATE ESTATE AGENTS AT ALL COST. I got given a property full of mice infestation mould and damp and when I requested for repairs to be carried out they fobbed me off with endless excuses not to mention intimidate and dismiss my requests. I find the staff at innovate nothing but scammers who want your money but won't do the property up to a decent standard. Innovate also bribe their tenants for 5* review in return for £10 pounds off your next rent and will do the same with your deposit making up lies and inventory. Avoid these scammers

Do not Sell your property with Innovate. They are now taking me to court for 50% fee. I was suffering from depression, when Onkar came to the house i told him i wasn't sure about selling, he said he was sent by God to tell me to sell, he told me there is no other option when i told him about my situation. I pulled out of a sale because the property i was moving to fell through & i realised there was a way out he had given me wrong advice. Innovate see money as God and customers are parasites. If you know anyone elderly or vulnerable who needs to sell warn about innovate.

Highly unprofessional, would not recommend to anyone, we left our property over 2 weeks ago and have been chasing for our deposit. Sandy does not reply, and we keep getting ignored and told to call back again when we call the office. My husband reported a number of issues during our stay which ignore continuously, but these have miraculously been bought up when we have left there property. The property was given to us unclean and dusty with the grass not been mown, yet we still left to the property to better standard than how we received it. Honestly save your money and sanity! Don’t deal with these guys!

Poor all around. Have stayed in the property with a leak for 6 months despite reporting it on multiple occassions. Some cowboy repairmen did a bodge job twice which still didnt stop the leak. Amrit and Sandy cannot handle a well written challenging email then resort to making false racially biased allegations as a tactic to deviate from the issues raised. Poor all round.
