We have been fatally scammed by this "agency". WE DO WARN EVERYONE before proceeding with them, as the problems never arise before signing the contract. It has been an absolute nightmare since we have started our tenancy with innovate. As a tenant of there's repairs reported do not get fixed rather they will bully and intimidate you with eviction. Their properties are in a poor state with mould and broken fixtures all over the flat.. Avoid this small company that are trying to act like they are so big nothing short of scammers.

My experience with Innovate has been excellent. From the first phone call with Indy through to the latest email I have received from Sim. Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, no professionalism, a tiny company trying to act bigger than it is. As a tenant for 6 years, I can say I have personally had the worst renting experience with this company. Our oven has been broken for 2 years without resolution; we have had a leaking toilet for a similar amount of time. They put the rent up every year and are unwilling or unable to resolve issues and complaints. After speaking with one of their directors, he said “well it’s your word against our if we go to court”, “I don’t have to care about customer service with you, your just a tenant” and after I stated I would just ring the landlord direction because I did not believe they where passing on the relevant information to him they stated “it’s nothing to do with you what we do and don’t do for your landlord”. The rare times I have had people come out to inspect or do work I have heard nothing, but praise and I quote “you have the cleanest and tidiest house of any we inspect”. Yet when confronting their director with some of the failures to act he instead tried to threaten, harass, and misdirect. Firstly, that calling, e-mailing or reporting issues face to face on inspection “did not count”, secondly demanding I find their own letters ad provide them with evidence of the permission they gave us to have dogs in the property years before, thirdly a refusal to contact the landlord to confirm we have permission to have dog’s and fourthly responding with “well I own over 100 houses, I know about business”. It's a conversation that was both shocking and jaw dropping in it’s disregard and disrespect of the people that ultimately have to live in the homes they offer for rent and claim to maintain. The above review is my personal opinion based upon my own personal experiences of events relating with dealing with this letting agency. I would not recommend any landlord to offer a home with them, I doubt you will receive the services you pay for and would encourage no tenant applies to let with this agency.

Just called up to enquire about a property, Took multiple calls for someone to answer the phone. after finally getting someone to respond the lady on the phone had awful customer service skills. Apparently they don't have a single property that allows a small dog and didn't offer to put me on their books or help me at all. Best to go elsewhere.

Absolutely first class service. Living 70 miles away we initially made a poor online choice of agent who made no progress for six months. We then contacted INNOVATE. Onkar arrived for valuation and immediately put in plans to market the property and the team swung into operation. Within a week we had six viewings! A week later an offer was made. Karen and David then kept us informed of progress, chased solicitors, lenders and buyers. It was not an easy time for them, first prospective buyer suddenly (after instructing his solicitors) decided the property was too small. Next one seemed to have fallen foul of a disreputable mortgage advisor and despite all Karen and Davids best efforts, ultimately was unable to access funds. The team responded brilliantly to the problems, the property was marketed more prominently on Rightmove (without cost to ourselves) and a third and successful buyer found within a few days. I heartily recommend INNOVATE. They were honest and transparent throughout the very difficult process, communication was first class and charges were fair.
