GoogleVery poor communication, zero feedback on development regarding offer on property. Was never kept up to date and only found out a property I was interested had been sold when I checked on right move. No wonder they have such bad reviews, it makes sense now

FacebookI've been buying properties via Innovate since 2012. Always a pleasure to work with, very helpful and friendly staff who simplify the most difficult of situations in buying a house. They always source me a tenant in no time leaving little or no void period after I complete my purchase. I'm yet to complain about any tenant they've found me, although they provide a rent guarantee service. Thanks guys!
