These two ladies have given me there absolute all in terms of sheer determination and persistence. They were always available to speak to via phone or email, and they kept me sane through a really stressful time! I honestly think they are a credit to the company. The initial advice we were given was realistic and well supported by research into similar properties in the area so we could make an informed view regarding the realism of the proposed market value. We had to make some decisions along the way to achieve our priorities and we were kept informed regarding our options and the potential impacts on the sale. at every stage. We were communicated with in a friendly but professional way and everything went as well as could be expected and was stress free. We had a choice of estate agents but initially we felt the strategy and price proposed by BOP was the most realistic. We are very glad we made the decision to go with BOP and highly recommend them.

GoogleHaving been unsuccessful at selling our house with another agent, we switched to BOP because of Elliot’s enthusiasm and confidence in selling the property. He did not disappoint! He really went above and beyond at getting the best photos and presenting our property in the best light. Well supported by Emma he did a great job at marketing the house. Communication throughout was consistent and we felt supported through the whole process. We sold it for a good price in a reasonable time and couldn’t fault the team at all. Great work, Team BOP.

Valued my house at 10% less than any other local agent, comparing it to other properties that were incomparable in terms of size and location. Appreciate that he only looked like a teenager and clearly has a lot to learn with his “gift of the gab”, which he definitely didn’t have, but actually asked of my Samsung Frame TV “what is that, is that a hologram or something?”
