Fantastic service from both the sales team (especially Elliot and Robin) and Emma who supported us through the legal proceedings. We rang to show interest in a house and within 20 minutes there was Robin at our door to put ours on the market to allow us to proceed. We agreed a sale for our property just 48 hours later and within the week secured our dream home. From that point onwards, Emma’s support and persuasion to push the sale through removed a lot of stress and anxiety for us as a family (a big deal when you’ve got a 3 month old baby)! Extremely poor communication and lack of trust

Extremely poor communication and lack of trust. as a buyer, treated terribly. Confirmed an offer, only to gazump with a higher bid, without getting back to me. When asked why this had happened - told 'well the other buyer got their ID in quicker than you'. I said I was ready to go, but now didn't trust viewing properties marketed by them, in case it happened again. Disgusting immature response. No follow up. Pretty sure the seller doesn't realise their unethical practices. I will now not view any properties marketed by them, as I will not trust their purchase process.

Selling during Covid is not easy. BOP managed to sell our house 3 times! The 2 previous failed contracts were not due to their involvement in fact exactly the opposite. They are a professional bunch of people and compliment each other perfectly. I wish to thank Mark for his enthusiasm and professionalism, he won our listing over 4 average real estate agents. Once 'sold' we were passed onto Emma. Wow! Such determinism, dedication, professionalism and tenacity were instigatory in getting to the contract exchange. The exchange would not have happened without her. She had to follow up the solicitors in the lengthy chain and did it with full force but in a no nonsense way. Elliot was always there to help whenever he could. I cannot thank them enough and think they all deserve a pay rise!
