Sales and sale progression by Catherine Pitt in the Holsworthy office and Holly Carter in the Okehampton office. Superb service and attention to detail from start to finish with Bond Oxborough that started with Catherine and was carried on by Holly once we offered on a property. Our chain turned out to be particularly difficult with many pitfalls overcome with patience and professionalism. Holly kept us informed but was especially diligent and focussed in communicating up and down the chain to keep things moving and everyone clear on where we were. We found Holly especially supportive, well versed in the exchange process and a pleasure to work with when we were under extreme pressures for most the 13 week exchange process. My wife and I are extremely grateful to have had Holly on our side doing what she does so well. Holly was by far the most proactive, helpful and knowledgeable sales progressor out of the three estate agents involved in the chain.

The Okehampton BOP team is unbelievable, there's a reason they are the best in town! The entire team is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The moment Elliott walked into our property we know that they where the estate agents who will sell our property his enthusiasm about the house and incredible write up almost made us want to stay he made it sound so good. Adam's and Jess's patience showing us around properties until we found the one, and answering all our questions and getting back us with queries, when you phone or email BOP you are guaranteed to have a call back with the answers you are looking for. And Elle, if you need anything sorting Elle is the person she can sort any problem you have out anywhere in chain, even after we had break chain and sold our property with BOP she was still more than happy to help in anyway to get us into our new property as soon as possible despite not been involved with the purchase. Bond Oxborough Phillips Okehampton really put the customer first and only have your best intrest at heart and we cannot thank them enough.

My husband and I recently contacted Bond Oxborough Phillips to arrange a viewing of a house we had seen on Rightmove. Jess made all the arrangements for the date and time we required. She dealt with this professionally and efficiently, her communications were excellent. She attended the viewing with us and was able to answer any questions we had. She turned up on time, gave us plenty of time and space to view but at the same time, was approachable and had knowledge of the property. We then went on to arrange a second viewing, which once again Jess attended. We have since put in an offer on the property, which has been accepted. Thanks Jess, keep up the excellent work :-)

Elle and the team have been brilliant from the start- I dealt with many different estate agents before and none seemed actually concerned with being helpful and were just trying to sell a house as quickly as possible. Yet from the get go the team were sending me properties that matched my criteria and were able to answer any questions I had. If they didn’t know the answer to my questions they were very promt in asking the vendour. We had a lot of complications with the property that were out of anyones hands and Elle was very supportive and helped in many ways to try get things sorted for me as quickly as possible. From my first phone call to me collecting the keys to my new home the people at BOP have been amazing. Elliot after showing me the first house that fell through, phoned me as soon as my forever home came up as he knew it was just what I was looking for, he went out of his way to get me viewing and support me through the offer process (first time buyer absolutley clueless!) and was genuinely excited for me. During the next phase Elle kept me up to date at every step of the way and guided me along the solicitor and vendor communications. She helped me understand the processes and what to expect next. I cannot tell you how hard she worked in the last week leading up to exchange to make it all happen! If you want to sell your house use these agents , absolutely fantastic . The whole team worked so hard for my sale, Ellie and Elliott went beyond what was expected of them with Ellie controlling the sales progression taking her work home and dealing with emails at night and Elliott taking his work with him whilst away , clearly this team is very dedicated and it shows that this is more than just a job . We visited a beautiful property this afternoon via the Okehampton Office and were shown around by Robin, who was incredibly knowledgeable about the house. He was able to answer all our questions and made the experience very personal and seemed to understand us as buyers as well as appreciating the vendors for their immaculately presented home.
