I also don’t like it that we don’t have one email address and point of contact for all matters relating to our property management/letting. I am often told the delay in responding to me is because someone is on leave etc...

Here at Leaders we do understand the importance of providing a high level of service to our customers throughout their experience with us and believe that when any issues arise that through the use of effective communication we are able to swiftly address these and alleviate any concerns. Our team always attempt to be contactable for our customers over the phone and via email, we expect that any calls which are missed with messages left be returned at the earliest opportunity but are saddened to hear that this has not been the case and can understand why you would be dissatisfied due to having to chase the team a number of times for responses. Here at Leaders our lettings business is comprised up of a number of different departments and teams; examples of this would be the branch for marketing, property management for repairs throughout the tenancy and client accounts for any queries around accounts. We recognise that some Landlords may find it more beneficial to have one point of contact for all matters relating to the management of their property although as a business do not believe that this is always feasible. Your designated property manager will generally be the main point of contact throughout your experience with us and will of course attempt to offer assistance wherever possible however as I am sure you can appreciate they may not always be the best placed person to answer queries surrounding things such as re-marketing the property or account discrepancies due to not possessing the specialist knowledge to do so and we find that by having a number of different departments who possess such knowledge and expertise that it allows us the opportunity to direct you to someone within our teams who can assist. We hope this helps provide some clarity to our structure. We recognise the importance of all reviews and appreciate you giving us the chance to improve moving forward by providing us with this feedback, we would like to offer our apologies again that you feel the service you have received has not been up to the high standards expected of Leaders but hope moving forward we are able to deliver a level of service you are happier with.
