After an initial rocky start and a few issues over the condition of the property and some electrical items not working, I have found the subsequent experience to be of a high standard. I enjoy and appreciate the feedback after your inspections, they have both been great so far. It also instills faith with your team that I am a good tenant and will continue to care for and look after the property in a professional manner. All in all I feel that you have refined your processes to make the tenant experience as good as you can. Good tenants = a good relationship, and great communication from both sides makes the whole renting a great experience with you thank you.
