We chose to market our flat with Leaders and cannot fault Richard and the teams' dedication to ensuring we got as fast and as smooth a sale as possible. From them showing our buyer around at 9pm on a Friday to check noise, to chasing up and down the chain to find a suitable completion date for everyone we really couldn't have asked for more. It has been a stressful sale/purchase but we were really impressed by how much Richard personally put into ensuring we were kept in the loop of everything that was happening out of our control. This was our 3rd attempt to sell our property, Leaders accessorised the property, did a brilliant marketing promo and in a very short while found a buyer who went on to complete. During the quite lengthy timescale that is required to sell a leasehold property leaders were always there, telling us the latest stage in the progress of the sale and assisting in any concerns that we had. In my recent experience with this branch, all of the people who work here have gone out of their way to assist me in matters relating to property rentals and sales. Everyone is friendly and even when I have asked a lot of them they have always accommodated me with a smile. Recently Whitney in particular went above and beyond what anyone could have reasonably expected of her as she was determined to progress my flat sale and without her efforts I am not sure the outcome would have been successful. This type of service goes a long way since the process of buying and selling can be stressful enough on its own! Thanks to all involved!

Extremely professional, very efficient, quick and easy with no hassle whatsoever. I have had some bad experiences with other agencies and landlords in the past but Leaders has the best customer service resulting in me completing all the necessary documents and moving in within a couple of weeks. Everything can be signed for online without the need for printing and scanning. Amy took me through the whole process and was incredibly helpful as well as being very easily reachable nearly all the time, replying to emails the same day every time.
