GoogleAs a tenant; This branch of Leaders is awful. Here are a few things they have done wrong: Sent guarantor forms to the wrong parent's (how can you get the last names all muddled up??) Promised things would be fixed upon moving in, they were not (this happened on two properties). On the second property I even asked if they had been fixed before I signed the contract - they said "yes", 10 minutes later when I get into the property it was obvious they had not. They have not yet told us what they intend to charge against the deposit and it's been three weeks (it's supposed to happen within 10 days). It's difficult to get hold of the right person, they are so often "off sick". They do not answer emails. Just terrible, terrible service all round. Stay away. An update to this review: Having ended the tenancy with them, they tried to charge us £64 for replacing a light bulb. Ridiculous. Luckily our deposit was held with The Dispute Service, who reduced the cost to £2 (just the cost of the bulb itself). They said that they never charge for replacing a lightbulb unless it is in a hard to access area. I will never use Leaders as a tenant again. I will never use Leaders to let my own property. And I will always discourage friends and family from ever using them.

GoogleWorst estate agent! They have a maintenance team for show; they don't respond to emails until you threaten your legal rights. I ended up emailing the landlord directly as our living conditions were getting so bad and now everything is sorted no thanks to leaders

Hi Sophie, we are sorry that you have had a negative experience and feel this way. We have been touch with the Lettings Manager, Beverley Galer who has informed us that the issues you are having with the property has been due to a leak. The team have been in regular contact with the LL, the agent for the rented flat above, as well as the block management company as the leak also appeared to be in the communal area's. Unfortunately, the payment of getting this looked at and fixed is having to go through insurers so can make progress slower. The team are doing all they can to get this resolved as a matter of urgency and the LL has agreed that the last 2 months rent will not need to be paid as compensation. We are very sorry for any convenience this has caused and if you would like to discuss this further then please do not hesitate to contact the branch directly or email customerservice@leaders.co.uk.

GoogleMoved into a dirty flat with bathrooms,shower etc not functioning. For a whole year we complained about it not getting fixed! Leaders repeatedly failed to assist. And we are still waiting for some money that was not transfered from our deposit. Extremely poor service.
