Holly Rollings was there from the start with quick responses making the journey much easier, both Holly and Emily showed immense professionalism and patients. Emily also did a fantastic job at relaying when Holly was not in the office to help, so thank you to both Emily and Holly for the help that they have provided us. GoogleWe had a great experience with Holly Rollings, she was incredibly helpful, quick to respond and answered every nuance question I had. It was a very difficult time for us being from abroad with a little baby and a very bad previous experience from a private landlord. However, Holly went far and beyond and made us feel valued as customers. It was very easy to articulate our needs and it almost looked too good to be true :) We've even popped into the office and it looks like the whole team is a lovely bunch of very nice people. I would happily recommend Holly to anyone who is looking for a property and want to feel more like just another customer. She even put up with our toddler's tantrums at viewings with a smile, I couldn't ask for more.

GoogleMe and my Boyfriend chose Leaders as they had good reviews online and they seemed to be the 'go to' estate agents for Ocean Village. Holly was our estate agent, from the get go, she was incredibly professional and always very prompt with her email responses. When being showed around the property, Holly was very thorough regarding the information about the property and answered all the questions I had without any hesitation. I am not originally from Southampton so did not know the driving route to the flat, Holly went out of her way to show me the route around Ocean Village when she didn't have to. Finding a good estate agent when renting is very difficult but because of Holly's professionalism and friendliness, I would highly recommend using Leaders and will definitely use them again in the future!

GoogleRichard and his team successfully navigated the sale on my Ocean Village apartment. This was not straightforward with lots of queries from our buyers and their solicitor. Leaders did a great job in coordinating and communicating with all stakeholders to ensure the sale stayed on track and was completed as quickly as possible. Richard was always available for a call and responded to emails in a timely fashion, often outside of normal business hours. I was also impressed with the amount of effort taken to market the flat to potential buyers with a lot of time taken on professional photography. The time taken paid dividends as the pictures looked fantastic and maximised interest. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Leaders to anyone looking to put their property on the market.
