I fed back that second viewings would benefit from additional time allocated to allow for measurements and a more in-depth look of the property, which she took on board and offered to arrange another extended viewing. She was compassionate when I shared how I found price negotiations on properties stressful and did not push me into making an offer until I was ready to do so. When I asked for additional information on the loft space on a property I viewed, photos were taken and sent to me promptly. Overall, I would recommend Emily as an estate agent.
