GoogleHelpful, professional, available, friendly, approachable and knowledgeable advice from the whole team. As first time buyers, Harry walked us through the process, keeping us informed at every stage and remaining patient, despite delays from our solicitor. We were openly dubious as we had been previously lied to and let down by a different company but since working with Bacon and Co we have learned that good, honest estate agents do exist! Highly recommend from a buyers perspective and will certainly be asking them to sell for us in the future.

Whilst we could have used a cheaper agent, we felt the service and professionalism from Jack was exceptional, he was very knowledgeable and answered all questions relating to the selling process. The listing process was very efficient, and we hope to see prospective buyers soon.

GoogleReally impressed with Anthony, the photographer we had from emzo marketing. We are selling 2 properties and Anthony also photographed my partners house. The pictures were amazing and the house sold to the first viewer for full asking price. He has just photographed my property and I was totally impressed again with his experience and professionalism. I had the pleasure of having Tom McCaffrey and Ruby Townsend help me throughout the sale of my property. Their communication was excellent, making sure I was receiving updates with every step of the process, and they found me a buyer for the exact price I wanted very quickly. As I was unable to travel to the property due to busy schedule and personal reasons, the Michael Poole Team took care of everything on my behalf, making sure I received pictures I needed for the documentation process, doing the viewings, and providing the keys to the new landlord and going above and beyond anything I needed guidance or support on. My experience with the Michael Poole team has been excellent and I can only thank them for everything, highly recommend them.

GoogleOur estate agency had a very concerning experience with Sprift. After cancelling our service and having no communication for around a year, they reinstated a Direct Debit and took money from our business account without any advance notice. This is contrary to the Direct Debit Guarantee, which requires organisations to provide advance notification of the amount and collection date before taking payment. We had to contact our bank to reverse the transaction immediately. Our records show that all invoices during our period of use were already paid in full, so the claim of an outstanding invoice was disputed. Businesses should be cautious when providing Direct Debit authority, as it appears mandates may still be used long after a service has been cancelled. Instead of addressing the issue, the company chose to flag our honest Trustpilot review. In our experience, businesses reading reviews should keep in mind that some negative feedback may be challenged. Based on our experience, we would strongly recommend that other businesses review billing arrangements and Direct Debit mandates very carefully before signing up.

GoogleWould not recommend, waiting in excess of 7 weeks for a market appraisal (still waiting), much better estate agents out there, I rang a different one, they came out and sent me the report within 2 days and have been so helpful regarding the sale. Receptionists were nice enough, even they didn't understand why I hadn't received the report
