GoogleThe RRW team at the Battle branch couldn’t have been any more helpful throughout the sale of our flat. Their expertise at negotiating and communicating complex and nuanced areas of property law in relation to flying freeholds was fundamental to us being able to complete. There were days when they handled multiple calls and emails to our buyer, our vendor and his solicitor and our solicitor. David, Tim and Harry were superb and completely exceeded our expectations. I think that if it were not for the teams professionalism and dedication, we wouldn’t be in our new home. The quality of photography and marketing materials was also excellent, thanks to Emma. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

GoogleWanted to say a HUGE thankyou to Matt at Ewe Move. We actually moved a year ago today and i've been meaning to write this review for an eternity. Matt managed to sell our house within days and sorted us a new buyer when our first chain broke. Dealt with me being super annoying and badgering him all the time, we were so keen to meet the stamp duty deadline and we did. Kept me calm throughout the entire process. We don't plan on moving again for a really long time but when we do, it'll be Ewe move we use. Thanks so much Matt!

GoogleThis company are an absolute disgrace! They work with the insurance provider for Openreach’s van fleet. One of there engineers crashed into a brand new fence at our home. The engineer admitted full liability, there was CCTV footage, photos of the damage, yet they refused to pay out! There assessment blamed poor fitting and livestock for the damage (on a fence that was installed 4 days prior to being hit) and said there was no claim to pay out! Openreach themselves are trying to push for a resolution as in their opinion it should have been a simple claim. Vicky from the Keoghs compared the damage to some grass being run over. I had to explain that fences are not a living thing that will repair itself.

I have Been renting through MP for 9+ years but I had to leave due to LL selling, I’ve had no trouble with MP up until I was leaving, I had no contact or help from anybody after the sect 21 to help me find anything new?, eventually after finding a new property to rent I had issues with them delaying my reference despite not missing a payment in 9 years!! I’m glad I cancelled my Standing order as I was billed for the month after my tenancy ended as they had failed to update Melanie in accounts that I had gone. I received no apology, just a standard response “system hadn’t been updated” -I left my flat in great condition and it’s 3 weeks before I get my deposit back , I can afford it but how are people supposed to pay a deposit whilst waiting repayment of another. Not good enough.i was thinking about 4 stars however decided on 3, when you can spend an lifetime in building a legacy up but it takes one stupid mistake in letting it fail! Shame

We viewed a property that was for sale with Micheal Poole on December 30th 2025 and made an offer via email on the 30th. Although the office was closed on the 31st the office manager rang me from home. The offer was accepted. Though out the whole process Marian Gilhooly constantly kept in touch with updates. She was supportive, encouraging when things slowed down and incredibly helpful and professional. I don’t think that anything was too much trouble for her , she simply could not do enough for us. We are looking forward to receiving the keys to our new home next week and also looking forward to seeing Marian again.

Bilal Ahmed, Tom Payne, Jacqui Eaton, and the rest of the Payne's team proved very helpful and - importantly - kept me informed throughout the protracted process. Their being on the spot proved so helpful, right down to the day contracts were exchanged, when we asked them to go round to send us the meter readings we'd not thought about before!
