I viewed a number of properties with Alex who was able to book me in at short notice and was even willing to rearrange parts of his schedule to ensure I could view all properties I was interested in seeing on the few days I was free. Once I had an offer accepted on one of those properties I was passed on to Nathan who has been consistently helpful and dilligent in guiding me through the process, promptly replying to emails regarding any of my queries and keeping me informed on the sales process as a whole.
