But, as Dinesh (our consultant from Haart) had shown us local sales data and how he, himself had sold multiple similar properties as to ours for that price, we put our confidence Haart. We found our buyer within 3 weeks at our asking price. Dinesh went over and above our expectations, and his communication has been excellent (even answering queries after work hours and on weekends). After renting the flat, it was very difficult to get in touch with property management and our issues were not being resolved. However, everything changed since Justyna started looking after us. She takes amazing, fast actions and is incredibly helpful. If it wasn’t for her support, we probably would have moved out instead of renewing our contract. Most recently, we had a water leak to our bedroom, and she managed the emergency perfectly and quickly. We are truly grateful that Justyna is our point of contact!

I had a really great experience with Nathan. From the first phone call, he was helpful, approachable, and easy to talk to. He took the time to listen and then advised us to speak to a mortgage advisor he recommended and that advice completely changed everything for us. The mortgage advisor he referred us to helped us so much and made the whole mortgage process clearer and far less stressful. Honestly, without Nathan’s guidance, we wouldn’t be where we are now. I've dealt with Estate Agents before who have been pushy and outright obnoxious. However, dealing with Haart and in particular Dinesh i couldn't have asked for a better experience. The worst agency I’ve ever dealt with. There were issues in the apartment where the neighbor had plumbing problems, and my flat my clothes , toilet bedroom, electric fuse box got wet. Even when I lost power in my flat , I sent several emails, and no one got back to me. Since I’ve been here, the kitchen window hasn’t opened, and I’ve been asking for assistance for over a month with no response. They only seem to care about receiving payment at the end of the month. If you have the chance to go to another agency, do it because the service here is non-existent, and you’ll be under a lot of stress
