Regarding a major problem we had with a tenant ending their tenancy mid contract. Angela, was regularly in contact with us by phone . Updating us every step of the way. I spoke to Kelsey on 22 November to arrange a viewing of a property being sold by Haart. I must say Kelsey was extremely helpful and even advised that there was another property nearby which was for sale and we agreed that she could arrange for a viewing right after the first one. She also asked me what our budget was and areas we were looking to buy which is not normally the experience I have had with other estate agents when we have been looking to buy property.
