Though the date i asked for was one where the business is closed, Haart was able to confirm a time, regardless, and work around my schedule, as well as the homeowner. I had my house advertised for sale with another agency . They had it for nearly 2 Months with very few viewings and no offers despite dropping the price significantly. I changed to Nathan, Scott and Leslie and their excellent team at Haart. They took professional photographs which showed the propertyin its best light. Within 3 days of being advertised they had 11 viewings arranged for the Monday. This resulted in 7 offers. Each was asked to submit a final offer and I ended up with a price 20k ( yes £20,000) higher than the final price that the other agent had advertised my property. When I was thinking to put my property on the market i had about 5 estates to come and give me a valuation, Dineish was the one to represent Harts estate he give me a good valuation of my property , was nearly the same like the other agents but he give me the confidence he will sell my property at the highest price possible and even if Harts was the one more expensive i feel that is the agency that will do their best to sell my house. After one week on the market i had the maximum offert for my house. But as the circumstances change i had to take out form the market my house. They comply understand and didn't make me to many questions why. Thanks for your help. This is what I can said. Definitely if in future i need to sell my house i will chose Harts estate.

When it came to choosing which estate agency to sell my house with, I met with 2 agencies. Both were professional. However Dinesh seemed more enthusiastic and confident he could obtain the best price for my beloved home. He worked hard and the photos were really good.
