GoogleGreat service and support from Dinesh and Nathan in marketing and selling my late mother's house. I was impressed with their local knowledge and clear track record of selling similar properties. In my particular circumstances of having to deal with all the paperwork following the death of a close relative, while living a long distance from the area, they made me feel confident that this part of the "death admin" would be handled in a very professional manner.

GoogleHaarts have been excellent throughout. Our particular thanks go to Chris Banting who came to value the property and to Cassie who handled the subsequent sale. Chris was very professional and clearly knows the market in Nottingham well. Cassie was delightful to deal with. She was efficient, kept us updated and, when a sale was agreed, liaised with the solicitors on both sides to resolve problems and speed the process along.

He knowledgeable on many areas, types of properties, types of tenants and the likely demand in order to come up with a sensible rental price range which helps me to home in on the likely yield generated by the property that is currently for sale.

GoogleWe’re first time buyers and have just exchanged on our first property, due to complete next Tuesday. Throughout this the estate agents at Haart have been fantastic and incredibly supportive. As first time buyers, we often heard that “estate agents aren’t working for you, they work for the buyers” but at no point did it feel like a one-sided transaction. We’ve been working with Kelsey and Lesley mainly, however, everyone we have contacted at Haart has been really helpful. Would definitely recommend to other prospective buyers in the future!

GoogleWe have sold our property with Dinesh at haart. He has always been punctual and well presented when meeting in person as well as fast effective communication when talking via texts, emails or phone calls. Any changes we wanted to make to the listings were actioned in minutes and he has made each part of the process easy for us. The only part of the process I could possibly see for improving is maybe the quality of the pictures taken but our house sold within a week so I guess they were good enough. We went with haart in the end because they worked on a % rather than a flat rate for our value of house and I definitely feel like they put the effort into the whole thing. They booked us 6 viewings on the first day.

GoogleWe've had a great experience with Nottingham Haart from both a purchasing and selling point of view. James Evans was the valuer who came out to our house and also created a great marketing video of the house. What ever he did it worked because we sold the house after only 2 days of being on the market for the full asking price!! Would highly recommend the team in Nottingham.
