GoogleMy partner and i attended a last minute viewing for a property, Zoe Haart, our agent waited over the allocated time allowing us to view the property, she was so patient in answering all our questions not only about the property, but ensuring we had the right information about locations in and around nottingham, she really did help us so much as nottingham isn’t a place we are familiar with and it made us feel like we can now make informed decision in regards to our living situation, and know we will have further support with Zoe if we were to have any other questions in the future.

GoogleAmazing contact and great help from Kelsey from the start, when I enquired about the property I was interested in. Being a nervous first-time buyer, she was very kind and understanding, as well as always here to answer my questions and help. Very professional, she kept in touch every day during the process, managed to get me an appointment with a mortgage advisor and sorted an early visit of the house to give me as much opportunities as other more experience buyers. To sum up, excellent, I would highly recommend!

They were to first to contact me for an valuation on my property and the prompt service continued throughout. Even when issues arose with my solicitor they were quick to step in and help resolve the issue. A extra massive thank you to Emma Collishaw, what a credit to the Haart team. Give her a pay rise!

GoogleAfter having a few agents round I went with Haarts to sell my property, not because they were the cheapest, because they weren’t, but because the agent Dinesh, was not only personable, but also made me believe that out of them all, he had the strongest work ethic, and would do their utmost to sell my property. Despite my property being fairly niche, it sold much quicker than I expected, so that made me realise I’d made thr right choice in choosing Haarts and Dinesh. Despite the initial quick sale, the sales process has been anything but quick, but, every member of staff that have been a part of my sale, namely, Nathan, Lesley and Emma, I believe, have done their utmost to push this along to the finish line. I would happily choose them for any future house sales in the future.
