GoogleHonestly one of the worst letting agents I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Me and my housemate were with Haart for about 1½ years and I have never known an agency to be such masters in neglect. Our first property manager, Ocean, was amazing for the short period he was handling our tenancy. After that the whole experience went sour. No replies to emails, calls, voicemails, it got to the point I was considering send a carrier pigeon just to get their attention. We had a pretty significant leak during our tenancy which in the end we had to deal with ourselves because we were unable to get in touch with our property manager and multiple calls to branch and the out-of-hours number given in the contract yielded absolutely no results. We didn't have a check on the property once during our tenancy, which I was under the impression was supposed to happen every 6 months. We could've been making and selling meth in that place and they'd have been none the wiser, not that we partake in such habits. Towards the end of our tenancy the communication just became worse and worse, i'm convinced they had our contact info pinned to the wall in the office with a headline saying "DO NOT ANSWER", that is the only reasonable explanation for our issues. Unless they all have a blatant, collective disregard for their jobs. Anyway, our tenancy finished and not only did we not have any contact about our deposit, it took us 6 MONTHS to recieve our deposit back in full after raising a case with TDS. Thank god this scheme exists otherwise I highly doubt we'd have seen our money again. And the only reason we received our money is because the failed to get in-touch with TDS themselves! If there is one thing I can promise you, it's that you will have nothing but stress, anger and dissapointment if you sign with this agency. Save yourself your time, effort and money and please go with anyone else but Haart.

GoogleNathan dealt with the sale of our house and it was sold within 3 days of being on the market. There were a few complications with the buyer along the way but Nathan dealt with each challenge professionally and kept us informed when any changes occurred. We were extremely pleased with the sale and service throughout the whole process. Thank you.

He was also great at liasing with the solicitors involved and keeping everything on track to make sure the process went as smoothly as possible.
