The process to get my house valued with Haart was easy. All staff I dealt with were friendly and polite, returning calls promptly and verifying appointment times. Scott Stennett attended my property, arriving on time and again being friendly and polite. He explained the sales process, answered all of my questions, wasn't pushy and followed up by email after the meeting to confirm the information he'd given.

Really good experience with Scott from the Nottingham office from start to finish, beginning with what we thought was a very optimistic valuation, but what actually turned out to be a very accurarate one, and ending with us achieving a much higher sale price compared to valuations from other Nottingham Estate Agents. The rest of the sale was then handled very professionally by Lesley who dealt with the completion of the sale and exchange of contracts. Thanks to the efforts and professionalism of Scott and Lesley the whole process was virtually stress free. We wouldn't hesitate to use Haart again for any future moves.

I was very impressed with Haarts overall (having changed agents). 'Sales Progression' is key after accepting an offer and Emma Collishaw did an excellent job in this respect. Our sale needed a lot of input from her and she went out of her way to make it work. She was persistent and fed back to me on a daily basis, which was much appreciated. This is why it's always worth paying for an agent rather than going with an online only agency.
