Nathan at Haarts Nottingham has been fantastic with this purchase. He kept in constant contact, updating me at each stage and pushing the Solicitor along in order to get the purchase through quickly. He also recently sold a property for me that was sold before it was even hit the market!. I cannot fault him or Haarts who, in my opinion are the best in Nottingham. I've tried a few Estate Agents and Haarts are hands down the best in the city. An incredible service and worth every penny.

Every member of staff we have come into contact with at the Nottingham branch of Haart's has been professional and courteous, but there have been two members of staff who have consistently stood out as exceptional: Nathan and Chris. I am sure that Nathan deals with many, many buyers on a daily basis, but we always felt as if we were getting a personal service. Nathan has taken the time to alert us to any upcoming properties meeting our (fairly specific requirements!!). We have been searching for some time, and during times when it felt as if very little was coming on to the market, Nathan was a lifeline in terms of reassurance and information. He has been unceasingly patient, and knowing that we have his expertise and support has been the single most positive aspect in our house hunting journey. Chris has conducted the majority of Haarts viewings we have undertaken and has consistently been knowledgeable, charming and open. We have always felt able to discuss our requirements and the features of a property with Chris is a frank and open way that means we feel enabled to make the best decision for us. This is very different to the experience we have had with some other companies, and having undertaken quite a lot of viewings (!), we feel qualified to say that this is a stand-out experience, that not only embodies the ethos of Haart's, but the personal integrity and knowledge of Chris. As first time buyers, thanks to Nathan and Chris our experience has been the very opposite of any negative stereotypes people may have mentioned with regards to estate agents. So - if what you seek is expert, honest and personal service and sterling communication, we cannot recommend Haart's strongly enough. In addition, at whenever future date we may decide to sell our property, Haart's would be our first port of call.

When I first set out to look for an estate agent to sell my house, I automatically looked for the cheapest but someone warned me against this, because of the lack of customer service, so I decided to speak to Haarts. It was the way that they promised that they could sell my house within 2 weeks that made me go with them and they actually sold it 2 days later. I know Haarts are not the cheapest but I can honestly say they have been brilliant in the way that they keep their promises, keep you updated and if you leave a message for them to call you back, they actually do!!! I would truly recommend Haarts. They do what it says on the tin.

Haart have been fantastic to us. We had a rocky journey to say the least but all the staff at Haart made it all so much easier to deal with. They kept us informed every step of the way and went above and beyond to sell our home. I would use Haart again and i highly recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their home. Thank you very much to all the team at Haart and in particular Lauren and Nathan for making the buying my first house and quick and relatively easy process and for minimising all the stress involved. They were both so helpful and I used their solicitor too which meant the process was very quick and going backward and forwards between people was easy. I couldn’t believe how quickly it all happened in the end and I managed to get my house just in time for Christmas.

Just spoke to Jamie, the branch manager, on the phone and he provided great customer service and advice. As someone who is new to the property market he explained to me how to refine my search, even though I was looking for short term (under 6 month) rentals, something which the company does not provide. In spite of this he was very friendly and understanding and went above and beyond to be help me. If I am looking for longer term letting Haarts will be one of the first estate agents I contact if they maintain this level of customer service.

My husband and I have nothing but praise and gratitude for Haart. From our initial consultation with Chris Banting, who instilled us with confidence, from knowing the local area intimately, producing beautiful photos of our home, with an informative and creative accompanying write-up, to regular communication with our Sales Executive Nathan Binfield - nothing was too much to ask and we felt we were given 100% advice and support from this extremely professional team. The ladies answering the telephones were also always bright, cheerful and informative. Nathan Binfield was there at every turn, supporting us, guiding us and always answering queries or concerns within 5 minutes! He truly is an asset to Haart and he made the selling of our home a much smoother process than we anticipated. Our house had it's first viewing on the same day that it was uploaded online and had 6 viewings in as many days, with as many offers being made. It was sold within one week of going on sale with Haart within 1% of the asking price. One of Haart's unique features is the Quick Sneak Peak mini videos, where a 'Homes under the Hammer'-style peak into the property is made and posted on their Facebook page - very innovative and inspiring. As always with a house sale, we encountered a few issues along the way, (not related to Haart); this is where we believe the measure of the quality of an estate agency's service is shown through how these issues are dealt with and on these occasions, we were listened to, given appropriate advice and issues were dealt with almost immediately by Nathan and for this we wholeheartedly and without reservation, recommend Haart. Even Emma, the Branch Manager, drove by to congratulate us on our sale and to wish us well. We could not wish for a better team and selling our home through Haart has taught us that as an estate agency, they definitely deliver. Emma and her team has been amazing help with getting our dream house in West a Bridgford. It was one of the most difficult house purchase we have faced with 4 people in the chain. Everything that could have gone wrong has gone wrong with the process. But Emma and her team has been absolutely fantastic dealing with some really difficult situations with the solicitors and keeping in touch with all the other estate agents. I cannot recommend this team enough. They are definitely not the cheapest but you pay for what you get. They were worth every penny! Chris was brilliant and welcoming during our house selling process and did a fantastic job on the open day. And got us the best price possible. Lauren the mortgage advisor at the branch has also been fantastic in getting us the best mortgage we can afford. And quick! Emma has been absolutely in the ball with all the disputes and complications Thank you so much. You guys have been the best. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I recently purchased a property that was marketed by Haart Nottingham City Centre Branch and need to say a huge thank you to Nathan Binfield and Emma Collishaw for their support, advice and guidance in what turned out to be a rather painful sales process due to my woefully inadequate choice of solicitor...(sorry again guys..). I am genuinely sure the sale would not have gone through without their involvement, particularly at the later stages of the process and an remain hugely grateful for their proactivity, problem solving and relationship management skills in what must have been a less than ideal situation for both Emma and Nathan and their Client as well as myself. Following completion they helped secure me a great deal with Haart Lettings to manage the tenancy if the property, where the service provided by Sean Doherty has been absolute superb. So relieved that I chose Haart Estate Agents to sell my property and feel so lucky to have got Nathan to handle my sale through until the end! I was given an accurate valuation and was very pleased with the photographs that were taken and description that was written. My property was online extremely quickly and I was always kept up to date with viewings and feedback. I never had to chase for an update and I don't think I had to wait more than 5-10mins for a reply to an email throughout. Although the value of my property was on the lower end compared to some properties that Haart deal with, this seemed completely irrelevant and I don't feel that Nathan could have put any more time or effort into my sale if he tried. There were some very tricky points in the sale (due to no fault of Haart or Nathan) but Nathan did everything he could to make sure that everything went as smoothly as possible and was instrumental in getting the sale to complete. I believe that if I had chosen a different estate agent that this sale would have fallen through.

I have just sold a property through Haart, and the service I have received from them throughout the entire sale process has been absolutely first class. I have been extremely happy with them as an estate agent. Two of Haart's employees in particular - Nathan and Cassie - could not have been more helpful, going above and beyond anything I would ever have expected from them. Whilst the property was for sale Cassie was incredibly helpful and understanding of my circumstances and kept in constant contact with me, doing whatever she could to help me sell the property. Once an offer had been made Nathan was in charge of the sale process and he was fantastic throughout. Nothing was too much trouble for him and on countless occasions he went well above the call of duty on my behalf. I had a lot of requests for Nathan but he always responded immediately to all of them, day or night, and never made me feel like I was troubling him. This kind of excellent service is rare these days and I honestly believe that without Haart, especially Cassie and Nathan, the whole process of selling would have been much more difficult and stressful than it was. Thanks so much for everything. If I could give you 6 stars I would!
