Our house went on the market within 24 hours around 12 buyers and within a week Sold...just finishing up with solicitors work at the moment and We still have Nathan Binfield from the Haart team seeing our sale through to make sure everything runs as smooth and efficiently possible...So Thank you to all of the Nottingham Haart Agents Team who helped with marketing and sale of our property especially Nathan... GoogleI have visited a branch in Nottingham yesterday. I've been impressed with the level of service. They were nice, friendly professionals who know their job. I met Tammy who is a mortgage adviser and she's got a good knowledge about all lenders and banks. She will for sure show you good deals. If you need anything give her a call. I spoke to Nathan who will have difficult job to find property which would stick with my requirements and budget. I'm sure he's going to do great job. Last not the least I would appreciate is flexibility. They were able to arrange viewing for me in short notice and stick it to my diary. I would recommend haart estate agents. Thank you.

GooglePlease don’t use the nottingham team as letting agents for your property, the service is truly abysmal! Inappropriate deductions were made from the rental income and an issue with my property not advised to me. It’s been nearly two months and I’m still trying to chase for reimbursement of inappropriate deductions. The team never answer calls and respond to emails, they are non existent! Worst letting agent in my experience as a landlord of 8 years

GoogleI could not be happier with the service I received from Haart and I was particularly impressed with Cassie - I have been struggling to find a house for a long time and under pressure because we sold our other property and I am expecting our first child so I was understandably stressed. Cassie registered me and really helped me to find our perfect home, and quickly too! She always kept me in the loop of new properties and got me in for so many viewings. In comparison to other agents that were also assisting me, she went above and beyond to help and I will always be grateful! Google5 stars is not enough to give an accurate account of the service I feel I have had overall from Nathan and the team. From the start Nathan has been nothing but professional and has kept me up to speed with the sale of my property every step of the way. If I have needed to call the office and he has been unable to take my call he has endeavoured to make contact the same day where possible. Other members of the team I have regularly spoken to have been Oliver and Emma who in Nathan's absence have assisted with my enquires where necessary and past on messages promptly for Nathan to contact me. Overall, my whole experience with Haart has been a very pleasant one and with the positive experince I have had I will definitely use Haart again in the future.
