Complete disregard for the law - repeatedly unlawfully entering the property during the pandemic

Disgraceful! I moved into the property 1 month ago, dirty on arrival even though they said it would be professionally cleaned.When I asked about car parking they said that there are no issues with parking and its allocated. Failed to show me that the actual car parking space requires going into a small car lift shaft. This is when I expressly explained to them that I require easy car parking as I have to get out and drive in the middle of the night.Most significantly, they failed to inform me that the Landlord was selling the property. They have already arranged two viewings of the property after 3 weeks of me living at the address. No risk assessment, complete disregard to my health and safety.Do not use FHP Living. You do not know what they are hiding from you.Complete disregard for the law - repeatedly unlawfully entering the property during the pandemic - clearly a dishonest estate agent

Avoid at all cost - it’s not worth your sanity

Had the misfortune of renting with FHP and what a nightmare from beginning to end! Nothing is straight forward, staff have no idea of what they’re doing. Not surprised with the high turnover of staff. They will book maintenance people in or a routine visit and not turn up and you’re left waiting all day or turn up unannounced and even use their own key to enter with no warning. Absolute no regard for their tenants, it’s all about generating landlord income. The property we were in was in a disgraceful state and over the time we were there we were told to put up with it or leave. Leave we did cutting the tenancy short as it was affecting our daily lives and causing us so much stress. We’re much happier now renting off a more decent agency.

Horrible agency, Rude manager who lacks soft skills. First rule of business respect your customer . My brother and I went to report some issues that have been plaguing our property since we first moved in 6 months ago. Instead of trying to reach a solution the agency decided to be rude to my brother by dismissing his concerns and sent us off rudely. We are the kind of customers landlords love we pay rent 6 to 12 months in advance we don’t deserve to be treated like this. Please never use this agency.

Though there was a mix up with my deposit, I received excellent help from Theano at FHP. She was so kind and patient, she helped me for 4 months straight and she went above and beyond for me! FHP have been excellent in helping us to obtain our rented apartment in West Bridgford. Hannah Merritt has done an excellent job and has guided and supported us with the key decisions that needed to be taken. Contact was easy, with all calls and emails being followed up promptly. Good luck renting here. Holly is extremely passive aggressive. Dodged a bullet. The properties themselves appeared to be decent if you overlook some damp and heating issues. After reading the reviews I am glad I did not become a guarantor.
