GoogleWhile I did have some frustration dealing with one admin point of contact, Zofia Blaszko, the property consultant, was absolutely amazing, reassuring and responsive the entire time.
I managed to find a beautiful home and secure it thanks to Zofia, who’s been incredibly sweet and is absolutely exceptional at what she does. I had to move in sooner due to changing circumstances, and Zofia managed to sort the confirmation from landlord, the cleaning service, and schedule the property marketing photographs to an earlier date within hours. This was all time sensitive, and the level of dedication and efficiency was on a different level.
Zofia truly cares about both the landlord’s and the tenant’s best interests. She is an amazing human and consultant, and because of her, my experience with FHP has felt trustworthy, safe, and reliable. Honestly, the property itself is an absolute catch, and I feel lucky to have had such an amazing consultant and landlord through FHP.

GoogleI was a tenant in one of the building managed by FHP living which was later managed by a different agency. I had big confusion on how will I get the deposits back and the process for it. I was feeling hopeless on what to do and how to do until I came in contact with Carol O'Grady. She has been a massive help for me the past couple of days. She guided me thoroughly and assured me that I'll get the deposits back. She went beyond her way to contact the FHP teams despite her being on an annual leave. I really appreciate this help a lot from the FHP team and especially Carol.
The staffs and the service they provide is probably the best you can get if you are a student in Nottingham. Overall I had a great experience living in a property managed by FHP and even after my tenancy was over they still helped me which shows that they really care about their tenants.

GoogleVery unprofessional and attempted fraud by Toby Oliver (works in FHP). Signed a contract with FHP for 2 years and had the worst experience in the decade I stayed in the UK for. Toby has been terrible at communication and not professional. He has tried to scam me since the beginning of the tenancy with false inventory reports, constant annoyance (constant emails, calls and attempts to inspect my apartment which I rejected multiple times) and at check out tried to once again scam me and waste my time but to prove this fraud TDS which holds my deposit has reviewed his false accusations of attempting to STEAL my deposit only to fail this after 4 months of delaying my DEPOSIT.
Highly recommend to not deal with this agency as many emails were sent to management with no resolution but pure ignorance.

I have submitted a request to Google for the removal of your review, as it names a member of our staff and makes an unfounded accusation of attempted fraud and stealing.
I would like to take this opportunity to address the points you raised and clarify the situation.
You were provided with an accurate inventory at the start of your tenancy. During your time at the property, the mattress was replaced at your request.
You were also contacted for quarterly inspections, which are routine for all our managed properties and are carried out to ensure the upkeep of our clients’ assets. Any additional visits would have been made by contractors to attend to maintenance issues that you yourself reported.
The return of your deposit was delayed because the required deposit return form was not submitted by you. Additionally, there was a dispute regarding cleaning charges.
At the time of your checkout, the mattress was found to be stained. In line with our standard policy, all tenants are charged for a mattress clean if the mattress is returned in an unsatisfactory condition.
All our end-of-tenancy cleans are conducted by independent contractors who set their own pricing. The matter was reviewed by the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS), which resulted in a reduction of the cleaning charge, and the remaining balance of your deposit was then returned to you.
At no point did FHP Living “steal” your deposit. The funds retained were used to cover the professional cleaning of the apartment and the mattress, as outlined in the tenancy agreement and supported by the TDS.

GoogleI was living in Nottingham in a shared house with 3 more people. Everything was good at the start but at some point the agent that was responsible for the house left and someone else took over. He was terrible. He caused so much anxiety to the tenants, he wasn’t replying fast enough to our queries even when we moved out, he was trying to charge tenants about damages they didn’t do, he charged rent to my flatmate that was changing from one room to another when he said to her no need to return the key from the previous room when she suggested it. The cherry on top was that he was turning off the heating every time he was showing the house to someone. And we had a lot of visits lately. Personally he caused me so much anxiety I was walking on eggshells and I couldn’t wait to move out so I don’t have to deal with him. I should have raised a complaint but I couldn’t deal with more stress. On a more positive note I got lucky and I got almost my full deposit back. The agent we had when I first moved in was great! I havent seen a better agent than her in my life.
