Do not sign a joint and severally liable contract with this company as they take the easy option and enforce it rather than taking reasonable steps to recover any losses against individual tenants and their guarantors. I signed a guarantor for my daughter thinking i was only liable for her, however the overarching agreement about joint and severally liable responsibility across all the tenants / guarantors meant that i was actually liable for all of the tenants (even the ones that seemed to have a credible guarantor).

GoogleTotally unreliable agency. Staff is not responsive at all and totally unprofessional. We dealed with issues on the bathroom and generally on the flat for months. They didn't bother to fix. And in the end, they kept the deposit to fix damages that existed from before.

GoogleAwful experience, money driven company who are very unresponsive and insensitive with any matter that won't benefit them finicially.
Received our flat in a state, unapologetically, washing machine broke and the roof leaked all in the space of a year which they took their sweet time getting done.
Happy to have moved swiftly on elsewhere, where the moving and handling experience was far more personable.
