When I recently had to sell a property quickly I was advised by the excellent Adam Lynch of William H Brown. He listened to my needs and concerns and gave the best advice for my particular circumstances. I ended up using the Modern online auction method of selling and Willian H Brown handled the marketing impeccably. I am so disappointed with the agent I think his name was Zachary Robertson of this company. Total discrimination. we were invited to an inspection to rent a house. The agent greeted us by saying: you have 2 minutes to look at the house because I don't have time. We looked at the house so quickly and said we loved it. He realized that we were not English, and the form he had prepared for us, he simply put it in his bag. said to call the office and have them send us an online form. The agent from the office was surprised why we didn't fill it out on the spot and asked us to wait while he talked to him. After which he said that he could not send us an online form and would put us on a waiting list. when we arranged the viewing appointment we were asked if we have good credit history can we provide guarantors all the answers were YES WE WILL PROVIDE EVERYTHING YOU REQUEST AT THE APPOINTMENT. I will not leave it like that, I will seek my rights, because three working people we wasted time and money with you, as well as the feeling that you are discriminated because you are a foreigner.

Norwich Branch - I wanted to purchase a mixed residental and commercial property that had failed to sell at the previous actions, I approach the department and asked if the owners would consider a private sale. I was instructed that if I viewed the property and gave the owners agreed price it wouldn't go to another action as once in action it can't be removed......I was given 4 working days and 1 weekend so we drove 135miles - B&B, viewed and offerd the price we were told the owners wanted with 3 day's to spare - to be told we had three weeks to secure funds, arrange a mortgage and give the owners full assurity the money was ready or it will still go to action but I COULD BE REMOVED AT ANY TIME... false hope and all the want is commission DO NOT TRUST I requested emails at every stage never got one so I clearly didn't get proof...

Unprofessionalism and bad costumer service is a seed to be eradicated and unfortunately is not tackled enough, this branch is the perfect example. No care, no professionalism, and no service. It is a shame! I showed up to an appointment for the second time to view a property and they stood me up, the first time they didn’t have the right keys. This time I called them and the person on the phone lied through their teeth saying that the agent was coming, then I said I have another appointment and they finally told the truth, nobody had left yet and it would take them 20 minutes to arrive on top of the already delayed appointment. I will post a message sent from them with the time of the appointment and confirmation if they deny this.

I needed to move in by the Friday of the same week (that's two days) and the kind folks of the Norwich Bank plain William H. Brown made that happen. So far my experience with William H Brown has been top tier thanks to Brian Eglan. Due to being in isolation, I was unable to view a property however Brian was kind enough to arrange a time outside of working hours to show the property to a friend. Within an hour of the viewing, Brian had taken my application and received agreement from the Landlord. Unfortunately there has been a couple of issues with my application but Brian has been incredibly helpful in resolving them and giving me piece of mind.
