Courtney at W H Brown Select dealt with the sale through to completion of our property. It was a lengthy process with some difficulties and Courtney was incredibly tolerant, diligent and professional throughout. I was always updated as soon as possible and if I had questions, they were answered immediately or the answer was sought expeditiously. Moving house is stressful, but William H Brown were the one smooth thing in the process. They were extremely fast to help us with any issue, were fantastic at communication and we felt honestly supported by the whole team. They sold our house the same weekend we listed it, Andrew was a champion at helping us to sort out a confusing mortgage, and Lewis, Sales Manager, was fantastic. He's the kind of guy you want in your corner: if there was any issue, we knew that we could call Lewis and he'd sort it. We joked that we should name our new house after him, he was so helpful. The man, the myth, the legend - thank you, Lewis (and everyone else!!)

There were a number of viewings of our flat, each client accompanied by someone new from the large Norwich office but, once we got a firm offer, we were put in touch with an after-sales Coordinator, Daniel, who was assiduous in keeping us informed of progress and chivvying sluggish conveyancers. We own a property in the outskirts of Norwich that we wanted to rent out. WH Brown Norwich got in touch to manage the tenant find. This is the first property that we are renting out which was newly refurbished with high quality items, newly decorated, new flooring, carpets and curtains all around, in a peaceful residential area, so we were very particular who we wanted to rent the property to. Fabio dealt with process exceptionally from start to finish. He presented to us a number of possible tenants within a matter of days so we had the option to choose the ones that suited us. I cannot give Fabio high enough credit for his professionalism and drive to find the right people for us. He explained step by step what needs to be done and made the processes seamless, problem and stress free. If we ever need to use the service again we will definitely use WH brown and request Fabio. We recommend them to any landlord.
