GoogleMy main contact at Pymm & Co was Amber Betts, she was excellent from beginning to end and even after completion she was happy to help. I do hope Pymm & Co treasure her as the service she provided is very hard to find these days. Nothing was ever too much trouble , a real can do attitude. A huge thank you to the Lettings team at Pymm and Co. Sam Shaw has been extremely helpful and efficient when I have had issues as a tenant, Lillie was amazing following up after a property inspection and Megan has kindly and swiftly dealt with enquiries. One of the best letting agents I have dealt with in 25 years of renting.

GoogleFake reviews on your business profile will not help Never replies to enquiries online. When called, I was coldly told to keep looking on rightmove. When enquiring through rightmove (8 different properties!! - not even once they got back to me saying it's let or anything. The properties on the website - none are actually available, and they don't update it often. - enquired there too - same result- 0 replies! So they don't want people to come in to enquire about properties and also dont want to reply. I had rented through them once, and this cold attitude hasn't changed. What has changed now is that this agencies google profile is flooded with reviews from clearly fake profiles with one review only - and only for pymm...so there must be a good reason they had to boost their business "facade" Sad that the actual business owner has no clue this is going on! To sum it up: There's better customer service elsewhere...
Good morning, Thank you for you review. After checking with our website provider there appears to be a issue with the enquiry system (from our direct website only). I would like to apologies but we haven't physically received these enquiries which is the reason why you have not received a reply. This is now being looked at as a matter of priority. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. With regards to registering on Rightmove, we do indeed ask prospective tenants to do this. The reasoning behind this is as soon as a property is live you will get an instant notification. When we list a new property we do call out to prospective tenants to book viewing however in a very busy market viewing slots are often fully booked before everyone is called. This is why we recommend this tool. Sadly this is also the reason why many properties are not available as they are let within days of listing and there is a lag in the data feed. GoogleI had the worst experience with them with every time l have called them. The customer service is zero as they always promise to get back to me concerning my enquiries but never does. One time they said they will get back to me when they start viewing for a particular property but unfortunately when l called back they said they are fully booked even after taking down my contact and asking tons of questions . I hope they do better, absolutely bad experience with them.

I particularly want to commend the agent Tia at the Norwich branch, who has been very helpful and understanding throughout the difficult (and at times stressful) process of finding a new home in Norwich. She also explained very clearly the process and timelines throughout my move, which took away a lot of moving stress. I would definitely recommend the agency and Abby in particular.
