GoogleAbsolutely shocking lettings team. Melanie Frost is completely incompetent and should not be in this role. I arranged a viewing over a week in advance and confirmed the day before. I arrived at the property after a three hour drive with a two year old and after waiting a while called Pymm & co. to be told the property had been let a few days earlier. It was still on Rightmove as available the morning of my planned viewing. It is evident that Pymm & Co. cannot undertake simple administration and I will be taking this further to have my fuel costs reimbursed. Use them at your own risk!

This was the first time I was renting completely on my own and Oana was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, starting from arranging a viewing ending with handling all of the required documents, explaining the processs and etc. Will avsolutely recomend my friends and family to go through Pymm & Co with renting / buying needs. I have just completed a renovation of my property prior to a new letting. Pymm & Co Ltd staff are excellent at finding and recommending contractors to complete the necessary works. As an overseas landlord I really appreciate how helpful all their staff are from director, property managers, surveyors and accounting. They all act promptly and correspond efficiently. The Team at Pymm and Co from start to finish reassured us and took us through every step of the way which such professionalism and kindness. Leon is an absolute star and the ladies in the Norwich office were absolutely lovely to deal with so polite and responsive to all our needs. They made this process so easy for us and I’m actually going to miss them all. Needless to say my mum is in her new home and so happy !! Leon has helped with nitty-gritties, more significant stuff and throughout what cn be an arduous process, has kept us grounded throughout. I recommend Pymm&Co, but equally as important I recommend Leon Ramsden👌🏼

GoogleI have to say that I am very impressed by the services across the board from Pymm & Co, got to be the best Estate Agent in Norwich & probably Norfolk. Not only did Steve, Leon and the team sell our house in Buxton for more than the asking price, they actually got us £85,000 more than we were quoted from another of Norwich's leading Estate Agents and it was sold in 3 days, we are thankful that Pymm & Co gave us better advice. I also very grateful to Steve & his Team as they found us our 'Forever Home' in the centre of Norwich and they have worked tirelessly to make the deal happen, we move in to the house in under 4 weeks and couldn't be happier. Because I know Steve, I trusted him and he 100% delivered, his team are quite brilliant and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. GoogleGood experience throughout the selling process. The photography was true to reality unlike some of the 'stretched' images you often see on sales material. The team were always very responsive and accessible. I never had to chase for anything. Rachel was our main contact for the sale and was brilliant. Whenever we had a question, Rachel was very quick to provide an initial response, even if that was simply to advise that she was working on it and would get back to us. We really appreciated that level of engagement from Rachel. This really helped build our confidence and more importantly our trust in Rachel as our main contact at Pymm&Co. GoogleWe recently sold our house through Pymm & Co and the whole process was smooth and trouble free. Selling to an experienced landlord we depended on Leon's understanding of the market and process to steer us through any potential pitfalls. Leon guided us at every step of the way and nothing was too much trouble for him even to the extent of checking the house was double locked after we had left. Without sounding too over the top I would highly recommend Leon at Pymm and co to future sellers/buyers.
