GoogleI can’t recommend Leon at Pymm & Co highly enough. He is always a pleasure to speak to and has been incredibly patient and honest throughout the entire process. My husband had used Leon previously, which is why we were returning customers and if we ever need an estate agent again he will absolutely be our first point of call. Given the requirements of our sale, we had to communicate with several other estate agents, and the level of professionalism Leon demonstrated was truly second to none which is why we only used Pymm & co. On top of that, he managed to sell our house within just three days of listing! A fantastic experience from start to finish, thank you, Leon!

From the start, he was brilliant to deal with, always friendly, approachable, and happy to help with anything we needed. Leon kept us in the loop throughout the whole process and was great at communicating updates, which made everything feel much less stressful. Whenever we had questions, he was quick to respond and always explained things clearly. As I am overseas it is so important to find the right partners to collaborate with and the team made it a hand off process. TrustpilotImpossible hoops to jump through if you want to rent a property as a full time professional
I was looking to rent a property and enquired about one which looked suitable. They only offered one time slot on a Monday to view it. Could not attend as I work full time. They sent through a YouTube video instead, at the beginning of the work day, and allowed less than 24 hours to submit an application. There was no time for me to apply and they refused to extend the deadline at all. If they don't want people who work full time to apply then it would be helpful if they said so!
Thank you for your review. If we have an open hour booked on a property we have to set a deadline for applications. With a shortage of rental property on the market we could extend the deadline on every property for weeks on end which would also cause frustration to people who have applied. This is why we then offer a virtual tour. We are in a lose , lose situation and sadly this means we cannot please everyone.
