GoogleWe could've have been more happy with the service we got from Pymm and Co. We spoke with many potential estate agents and when we met Leon we knew that they were the people to use to sell our house. They had reasonable fees and Leon was affable and trust worthy. That turned out to be just the right choice as it was an easy a process as I think you can make selling a house. Leon kept us in the loop all the time, gave us good advice without being pushy and we always felt in good hands. I highly recommend working with Pymm and Co.

Melanie was amazing! The landlord on the original house that I was letting changed his mind last minute leaving me without accommodation. Mel went above and beyond to find me another house last minute and get the contracts all through in minimal time. Her communication, attitude and professionalism throughout the entire process was exceptional. Very happy with the overall service from these guys. Much appreciated!

Pymm & Co have sold two properties over the last two years. Despite the current challenging housing market, both properties were sold very quickly and neither were on the market for very long, one literally two days. The sales were completed within a very speedy time frame mainly due to the experience and connections of the staff entrusted with completing the sale. I would definitely recommend Pymm & Co to friends and family.

Pymm & Co have been an absolutely fantastic Estate Agent and my experience has been very positive from the initial phone call all the way through to exchange and completion. Leon specifically has really looked after me and been super responsive and informative with all aspects of communication. Specifically, the initial registration of interest on the property and offer submission I felt was very fair and it really felt like I was being treated very fairly and not being pressurised in any way, which is quite rare in my experience. Im also extremely grateful to Maddi for the property viewings and opportunity to have a look round prior to completion for measuring etc. A really delightful team of people who keep you informed throughout the whole process.
