GoogleFrom first appraisal all the way through to agreeing the sale, the service has been excellent. Pictures and video presentation thoughtfully executed and very well presented with viewings conducted for us. Support from Amber and Leon has been first class too. If you have a house to sell its well worth choosing an agent with deep knowledge of the local market and able to connect you with serious buyers.

TrustpilotThe Best Estate Agent in Norwich?
We could not have hoped for a better agent for our Norwich terrace property sale then Leon at Pymm & Co. During a very trying and protracted sale with numerous hurdles, Leon proactively chased the sale and remained vigilant and community with all parties frequently as the months rolled by.It was a great comfort to know we had such an experienced, knowledgeable and proactive agent on our side, someone who clearly understands fully the Norfolk market. I could not recommend Leon (and Pymm & Co.) highly enough.

GoogleLeon was amazing and made moving house a lot less stressful than it could otherwise have been were it not for his consistent reassuring and calming presence at the end of the phone. He went above and beyond with his helpfulness, got me the best price for my house, gave good advice when needed, sorted additional surveys for me and my buyer, was instrumental in achieving my completion date with his constant chasing of slack solicitors and was just in general very ‘on it’ and switched on. A very positive experience overall and my best estate agent experience to date. Big thanks!

GoogleSo I came across my now house, which was on Rightmove, enquired about it and the following day was contacted by Leon at Pymm & Co. He was Very friendly, very easy to talk to and very eager to help. As the process moved forward, I couldn’t fault Leon in any way. He is an absolute diamond and credit to the business. Done everything he could to make sure I secured the property, went above and beyond to chase relevant parties to make the process as simple, smooth & quick as possible. Easy to get hold of, regular updates and ultimately helped get me my first house, which I’m very thankful for. I couldn’t recommend Leon more! Tom

Google5 star service from Leon at Pymms when selling our house! He was polite, efficient and extremely professional and kept in touch with us regularly, advising and updating us as and when necessary. He even solved a couple of issues/problems for us by recommending people he had used before. The whole process took approx 12 weeks and we cannot recommend Pymms ( and Leon!) highly enough!!
