They are quick and easy to process everything, I've had agencies that makes us get all these written paperwork and physical signatures from past references, that always made everything very difficult and stressful if you don't have much renting in the past.

Pymm & Co Estate Agents have been really efficient, quick and communicative with their information when it came to looking for new tenants. Mel Frost was extremely professional in her approach & had an extremely friendly manner. She offered the right support when it came to selection process/contract and payments.With that came some maintenance repairs and Sam Sykes-Drinkell worked hard in obtaining quotes / photos and liaising with suppliers ensuring that I was aware of costs / repairs before anything was implemented. Sam was good at explaining & also had a supporting and friendly approach. I know he did his best to keep costs down. So Thanks To All.
