GoogleDidn't want to put the post but having had previous phone calls to find out what they doing about the terrible tenants we got I gave it one star I know that they are not allowed to give out information about the tenants and what's going But it would be nice to know that things are being sorted just a nod or a bit of reassurance But I found after my last call and me a my wife are having to put up with this ie police being called quite a few times for domestic etc I found that the attitude and manners on the phone terrible real disappointment sorry to say Will not be ringing future . So next they trash the flat etc or police called and yes the police did to ring pymms and give reference number no Forget it my work here is done My advice to u pymms is to send some of your staff on a coarse in manners except one chap Samuel
We are not allowed to discuss private information about tenancies. We strictly vet every tenant including both landlord and employment references. Sadly a very very small minority of people in life cause issues from time to time. We follow the law and the process's legally afforded to us to resolve these issues. We cannot share this information and have to follow protocol.

GoogleWe both bought and then sold our house with Pymm and Co, they made a stressful and usually quite awful situation incredibly easy. Amber and the team did a brilliant job keeping me up to date (even when there wasn't any news!) Very helpful liaising between the various members involved in the chain. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell.

We called the company and managed to book a viewing very quickly and easily. Everyone was very helpful at Pymm&Co, especially Tia Moore who dealt with our Tenancy application process. We really appreciate her support and we are very happy with service of the company.

We could've have been more happy with the service we got from Pymm and Co. We spoke with many potential estate agents and when we met Leon we knew that they were the people to use to sell our house. They had reasonable fees and Leon was affable and trust worthy. That turned out to be just the right choice as it was an easy a process as I think you can make selling a house. Leon kept us in the loop all the time, gave us good advice without being pushy and we always felt in good hands. I highly recommend working with Pymm and Co.

GoogleRecently purchased a property via Pymm & Co, mainly dealing with Leon and occasionally some of his colleagues when we needed access to view/measure up etc. We had several hiccups throughout the process with our buyers and the chain below but Leon kept our deal going and we eventually completed a few days ago. I don't plan on moving again anytime soon but I'd certainly consider Pymm & Co for the sale process.
