I was able to meet with the surveyor, Richard, at the property which was invaluable. It was great to be able to ask questions and to look together at different aspects of the house. He didn't use any jargon and he was both friendly and very personable. His advice was very informative and it enabled me to make a well considered decision.Great service and a great surveyor. Did not have to wait too long for survey date.The survey was a Level 2 and diligently carried out and pointed out all issues with property I was buying.After I received the survey I needed some points clarified and these were answered promptly. Excellent service. Requested a survey at short notice and it was accommodated. Our sellers say they were there a long time and did an extensive inspection, checking everything which was reflected in the report. I was told on completion the report could take 5-10 working days but it was with me within two. Reasonable cost too. Thankyou 😊

I had a level 2 survey done and whilst the report in itself was OK, but they failed to notice water damage to the exposed on view roof rafters in the loft room and mould growing on the underside of the roof. The roof is leaking when ever it rains, but their response is it was not raining on the date of the survey They now advising this has all occurred since the survey. What's the point of a surveyor that does not bother looking, if they had they would seen the water marks and i could have acted accordingly

Wanted to get a survey for a property I'm buying. It was easy to book and the survey was carried out promptly (within a week). I received the report a few days after the survey and the surveyor was able to answer questions I had over the phone. Overall great service and the whole process was really smooth and fast.
