Great experience for a first time buyer. Example report was very detailed, so that I could get a feel for what to expect. Level 2 survey was priced at £500 which I felt was very reasonable, and was well worth the money as it revealed a couple of problems that we hadn't seen when viewing the property.Our survey was completed very quickly too, we were pleasantly surprised with the turnaround time.Only minor thing is that we were under the impression that a valuation of the property would be included in the level 2 report, but in the end it was an additional charge. The valuation and survey are presented as a single item on the website, and we perhaps didn't read the fine print as well as we should have.All in all great work, and gave us some fantastic peace of mind for our purchase.

The report was completed quickly and the surveyor spoke to us prior to visiting the property to see if we had any particular concerns. When the report was sent to us there appeared to be conflicting information in two of the sections. It would have been helpful if the report stated where some of the issues found were located within the property. I had a number of questions which I emailed and these were answered quickly by the surveyor. In the response they apologised for the conflicting information and corrected the part which was incorrect. They also suggested how to remedy one of the issues which I would suggest should have been included in the original report as it would have been very helpful.

So quick and informative from start to finish. They did not try and sell me a Level 3 just to make money, which I've had before and instead insisted I only needed a Level 2 (which i knew anyways). The survey took place exactly 1 week after booking and I received my report on the same day. I got to mention things to them to look out for during their survey that I had noticed when viewing the property and they flagged those up in the report for me. So quick, so easy, would 100% use again.

Looking for property in the area and although where I have chosen is only 6 years old I listened to the advice of one of the team surveyors and had a RIC2 done The result was great and report was easy to read and understand. I am hoping to Exchange on what is hopefully my forever flat this month.

When I spoke with the office before the survey I was concerned that the property had some cracks and I was advised to go for the level 3 most expensive survey as this would provide the information needed. However it simply said get structural engineer in and offered no information. Waste of money.

Efficient and comprehensive survey, easy to understand. Completed on time and the results emailed through. No complaints at all. You can get cheaper but, in my opinion, when you're spending a large sum of money it's a false economy - so much can go wrong or be hidden. Let the experts do their jobs.

From the outset they were brilliant with communication, keeping us in the loop and informing us of the process. Very useful online portal to keep up to date. They arranged the survey with estate agent at the nearest availability, and completed and returned the report within a couple of days which is incredible. Cheap, efficient and professional throughout. Will definitely use again.

The Level 2 survey was very in-depth. More in-depth than what we expected, which was good. We liked how the report was set out. Ratings for areas needing attention very helpful. Consolidation of areas to be discussed with our solicitor, most helpful. Report ready and sent out to us in less than the time stated. Excellent value for money.

Mildew evident in all three bedrooms especially round windows. Mildew also round windows in lounge. There is also a area on two of the bedroom ceilings, one where the artex has come away.
