Wanted to get a survey for a property I'm buying. It was easy to book and the survey was carried out promptly (within a week). I received the report a few days after the survey and the surveyor was able to answer questions I had over the phone. Overall great service and the whole process was really smooth and fast.

Efficient visit, on time, friendly and courteous.Report had minor errors:The property is in Whitwick not WhitlockMains elf is connected? Lucky elf, Electricity maybe?Property completely retired? Rewired maybe?Suggest writer reads through report after completing for typos and errs. could lead to doubts as to how good the survey was carried out.

Very thorough survey , and addressed my specific requests . Good to indicate which problems I should address promptly.I need to reread the section about the damp in cellar & staircase , was perhaps hoping for more indication as to what to do next , but I suppose the only next step is to get a more specific damp expert in .
