I have just moved out of a 2 bedroom semi detached house on the Western Outskirts of Norwich. During the tenancy I found Stephen and Peggy very helpful and constructive. The team provided an excellent service throughout the tenancy. Steve

GoogleWe rented a property from Northwood which had serval issues including mould and flooded drive but nothing was done no response after we reported it we kept chasing them up but with no success seems they agency will take on any property and landlord.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
Whilst the property had a small leak from the roof which has been fixed. The main problem was a lack of ventilation. The owner has taken maintenance of the property seriously, even replacing and upgrading all the windows. The new tenants are very happy with the property. The localised flooding was due to heavy rain and not something we have much control over

I found myself needing to move into a new place at fairly short notice and identified an Apartment that was of interest and arranged a viewing via Email and was contacted back in a very timely fashion and a viewing was arranged at a time of my convenience. Steve (Stephen) was 10 minutes early to the viewing and very personable and friendly and professional, answered all my questions about the location and was very well informed about the details of the property. I was very impressed and following the viewing I made a deposit payment to ensure the property was reserved; this was largely based on the Apartment but also the interaction with Northwood too. Following this I started the Tenancy application process and was dealing with Peggy throughout this, who was also happy to contact a Family member at our request to discuss the Guarantor process, this went very smoothly as did the rest of the application. I needed a swifter moving date than was originally confirmed and Northwood could not have been more helpful in enabling this to happen, and again I was very impressed with their willingness to help me, something that was very prominent throughout. Meet o sign the Contract and picked up the Keys from Steve. My first Letting Agent experience in almost 10 years, and Northwood left an impression; a fantastic one. I cannot recommend them highly enough and they have my absolute gratitude. The Welcome Box upon moving in was just a huge cherry on top of a quality cake! Great company to deal with.

GoogleA year into a tenancy with Northwood I felt it prudent to reward their great customer care and general relationship skills with a google review. Being a business owner myself, a little help goes a long way. Their efforts in helping my family secure a home after awful treatment from a different agency have been second to none. Even in a pandemic they’ve have been quick to undertake inspections via Zoom calling. If we experience problems with utilities they are always quick to action our needs and send excellent tradespeople out to address the problems. Vicky, Peggy and Stephen quite frankly are an asset to any company and in this case NORTHWOOD. Long may the service continue throughout our remaining time as rental clients. Would highly recommend! Arranged a veiwing, spoke to member of staff at 12.30pm on the day to see it was still going ahead was told yes,Booked time of work to be at the flat for 3.45pm, was there on time waited 15mins but nobody showed up, I got a call just as I was then going to call the office to see what was going on? A male member of staff said to me the flat had just been let, I said why was I not informed about this only to be told this was the first chance he had to let me know, What a joke this company is stay well clear as they work on a first come first serve bases. -*****

GoogleShould be zero stars Arranged a house viewing first day its free to view and as I can only do evenings appointment because I work, half an hour before viewing they ring to cancel as person before me wants it apparently first come first served dosnt matter I was first to call them at 930am and I have to work, I can't speak to a manager as they don't no when he's free and won't give names out.i find their service appalling
