GoogleWe have just vacated a property let by Northwood after living there for nearly three years; any issues were rectified quickly, often directly by the landlord or his parents, and communication was good. We loved the house and hope that the next tenants enjoy it there as much as we did.

GoogleRenting a house through this agency. Wouldn't recommend to nobody highly not competent and disorganized good for a taking money only. It's a NO NO .

I know you have been frustrated with the time it has taken for repairs to be completed, but we reported these promptly, and have been pushing the Ladlord to get the work done. We have excellent reviews from our tenants and do care that they have a good experience. Sometimes though it is out of our control.

GoogleI've had a great experience as a student renting a Northwood properly. Always prompt with communication, and quick to address any issue. It's been completely stress free, and the staff are accommodating, friendly and very easy to work with. I'd certainly recommend letting with Northwood to my fellow students.

GoogleTerrible agency, avoid at all costs. Do not trust. Dangerous, dirty property, huge issue with asbestos. On top of that, they attempted an illegal eviction during a pandemic. Unethical practice, and quite frankly rude, even when pointed out to them that their practices are illegal. STAY WELL CLEARNegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value
