GoogleIf I could give 0 stars I would. Dirty property, completely unhelpful and unwilling to resolve issues. Asbestos in property and refused to sort issue. Illegally evicted tenants during a pandemic and completely unwilling to resolve any issues. Disgusting illegal and unethical behaviour, DO NOT RENT FROM NORTHWOODNegativeQuality

GoogleAwful. Rude, have not been open during their stated opening hours (even though we phoned ahead) and generally disorganised. Nobody seems to know what is going on and they have been unable to provide basic information. I would not recommend renting through them if you can help it.

GoogleWe rented a property for 18 months via Northwood. We found them to be efficient and approachable. The end of tenancy / check out process was smooth - we spent time cleaning the property beforehand and promptly received our full deposit back.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
