GoogleWell if u start your e-mails error then you should work and fix them.and I reckon the way you select customers it is a bit racist as u can get to pick who can see a place and who doesn't.

Just because you could not view the property, as it was fully booked does not justify accusing the company of being racist. Just looking at previous reviews will make it obvious to anyone we have a diverse customer base.

GoogleTried to enquire about a property but unable to get hold of anyone in the office (as closed) and cannot leave VM as inbox is full. Enquired by website as seem to get a rather blunt /rude response. Sadly the house has now gone but do hope the level of service improves for the next customer.

Good afternoon. I can only apologize you feel that way. Our office has been closed since April 2020 and all staff have been working remotely from home. The telephones are not monitored and as per the voicemail, we ask that any enquiries are made via email. The property in question had a high level of interest and viewings were booked from the 9th Feb, the day the property was first advertised. By the time you enquired on Saturday 13th, we were already fully booked. It is unfortunate, however under COVID, we have to be very strict with the number of viewings we undertake in order to maintain social distancing and sanitize properties in between viewings. The safety of our staff & viewers is paramount during this pandemic. Viewings are booked on a first come, first serve basis with those who enquired first being booked first. We do not accept applications from any parties who have not viewed the property as it would be unfair to those who enquired & booked first to not be permitted to view the property at the first available opportunity.

GoogleNorthwood took over my tenancy mid-way through and the transition was quick and easy for me. They have been great when I’ve had to deal with them, any issues I had were responded to quickly and arranged promptly. Peggy and Josh are who I dealt with mostly and they were kind and quick with anything I needed to discuss with them.

GoogleI recently let a property with Northwood. My previous experiences with estate agencies has been painful but this time it was completely stress free. The team at Northwood were really helpful and very knowledgeable. We changed our move in time but they were happy to accommodate and made the whole process very easy and simple. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleNorthwood is the best agent I have rented with so far. They are the only ones who did not start a fight when I informed them I wanted to move out, which I think is the fundamental issue with a lot of letting agents. They also appreciated my effort in keeping their house nearly as clean as when I moved in. My experience with them has been nothing short of professionalism and great hospitality. Northwood know how to take care of their tenants, are keen and fast to respond to any problem that arises, especially emergencies, during your tenancy. They provide respectful and unintrusive service. I highly recommend renting with them.

GoogleSo I've rented with Northwood for a number of years. The team have always been on the end of the phone if I have needed help or support within the property. When checking the property they were understanding of any issues I was experiencing. In all my experience was 4 out of 5.
