GoogleI am looking to relocate from Lincolnshire to Norfolk. I have seen several properties that I would like to rent, one with Haart, a flat in Yaxham. I called to request a viewing on Monday, (I called three times during the day, before the phone was answered). I requested Friday at 3.00pm, as I already had other viewings that day. Was told that was fine and someone would call me back to confirm. 4 days later I am having to chase this up, as I want to utilise my time whilst in Norfolk. I am met with no apology and told the classic line, that someone would get back to me...it didn't happen. If I'd had a call back, I would have accepted 'we are short staffed' or 'we can't get in touch with the landlord' but nothing...only fresh air. It is YOUR job to get back to me, this is what you get paid for. it is not me working for you...chasing YOU up. An abysmal display of communication, attention to detail and customer service. Going to Sowerby's - they are amazing, they go above and beyond!
