GoogleHaart Norwich have been a pleasure to deal with during the sale of my parents house. Every visit to the office has been like popping in to see friends. Nick was very helpful and down to earth during the initial stages, Sam was always cheerful and kept me posted and then Wayne finally secured the sale in his inimitable way. I was always greeted enthusiastically by all when i visited the office. Thank you.

GoogleA ridiculous and disappointing interaction with the agency. I found a rental place I was interested in, called immediately as soon as the ad was posted, they offered a video viewing as there were tenants living, for which I gave them my details for the video link to be sent. This was a day ago. I received no email and no further correspondence. Then, today in the morning, I called 5-6 times, each time being picked up by a different person, noting down my details each time, and they'll ask someone to contact me as the people in Norwich branch might be busy, so calls were being redirected to another office somewhere else, the call which I am still waiting for, for explanation. The same property is now let agreed on Rightmove. I was not even given a fair chance to see the property, that I could put in an offer. I would never want to work with this agency in the future and I will tell all my colleagues and peers to avoid this agency at all cost. Absolutely ridiculous and disappointing.

GoogleI got amazing support from Evie. Went well above and beyond what I would expect over and over again and made the process far smoother and less painful than it otherwise would have been. Always very proactive with communication and was very supportive and helpful - especially when we had some problems with solicitors. Even continued to help me out after completion when I realised I'd forgotten to get meter readings. Thanks Evie!

GoogleDan Cooke of Haart Estate agents was superb for the purchase of our house. We told Dan the amount we were willing to pay for our property and left the negotiating to him which took a huge stress out of the purchase. Dan is very knowledgeable about property and provided us with great advice. The purchase was a challenging one but with Dan's support we got the house of our dreams!

GoogleWe recently purchased a property through Haart . Without Danielle Lovett's negotiating skills the sale would have fallen through a number of times. Danielle and her team worked so hard to achieve the sale and at all times they were courteous and professional. They kept us constantly informed including copying us in on emails sent to solicitors. We couldn't fault Danielle's handling of the sale from the purchasers point of view.

GoogleRecommended. I moved to selling my house to Haart having been let-down by the unprofessional behaviour of another Norwich Estate Agent. Manager Sam Patrick, and all his team members including especially Bradley and Evie 'do the biz.' They answer the phone promptly, they know who you are, they take time to understand the property you are selling, they arrive on time to keep appointments, in short - good professional service.

GoogleMy house was eventually completed the whole transaction process after almost 5 months waiting. There was 4 months spent in seller side and a few weeks for solving our concerns respectively.
