I sold my property using Haart Norwich, I had initial dealings with the branch manager Samuel Patrick, he valued my property and marketed it. Unfortunately we had to take the property off the market quite soon after, but Haart kept all of our details as we were so pleased with the initial service we were set on going back on the market at a later date with them. The second time around was equally as smooth when it came to marketing, this time with a gentleman called Paul Cobb. We had a reasonably quiet start with regards to viewing but they did pick up, some good and some which didn't even walk into the property as the area wasn't for them (you win some you lose some). Offers began coming in from a viewing which was carried out by a lady at Haart, unfortunately the offers didn't reach the level we were looking at, but never the less Haart tried all they could to enable the buyer to reach our figure. A gentleman called Bradley facilitated a viewing of a first time buyer, who the same day, in person put an offer in. We accepted and we thought that was Haarts job done but no. The after sales is where Haart came into their own, always on hand to help and provide updates, settling the buyer when times during the process got tense and generally helping from all angles where they possibly could. The only downside I can think of from the whole process was the % which Haart sell at, there are other agents who sell for less, but would they provide the same service which Haart, Sam and his team do, possibly not. The old saying "You get what you pay for" is apparent with Haart. Would I use Haart to sell my next property should it need selling, yes I would (Aslong as Sam can ensure me there will be no more digs, on a daily basis almost, about how badly my football team are doing). All in all, Haart are a great agent to sell your property through. Helpful, Personal, Friendly and always willing to go the extra mile! Well done and Thankyou Haart, Sam and your team!.

As a seasoned seller/buyer I am very cautious of Estate Agents and their claims. As a seller I did not always get the type of buyers I seek. Attention to detail was not initially bang on target! However, after various communications all errors were corrected. I mostly dealt with Josh and latterly Wayne. Josh is a nice guy, he is professional, personable and friendly chap. He knows his properties and their potential and a sellers expectations. He was always on the end of the phone if needed. Laterally I had dealings with Wayne. I actually gave Haart notice to terminate our contract.. Wayne was very professional when I entered the office to give notice. However, later that day Wayne called for a viewing. I actually think Wayne knew who would love my home. The lady who viewed my house, loved my home! Wayne has an instinct of who is appropriate for a home. I'm delighted he had the courage to present something a little different, something special. Only reason I put 4* and not 5* is that the fees are more than average. Thanks guys and fingers crossed the sale proceeds.

Having come over from Portugal to look for a home in Norwich Wednesday evening, on the Thursday morning I called Wayne Blue and told him my requirements. He immediately emailed me back three properties to look at, but then rang me to say he had remembered one which he thought would be perfect, even though slightly above my budget. He arranged a viewing that afternoon and I made my offer that same day which has been accepted and I will be moving in May. Wayne was extremely efficient, very nice and my favourite person on the planet right now. He found me my perfect home in a day. Deserves the Guinness Book of Records I think. Well done. Because of Wayne I will recommend Haarts to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

"Haart are in a league of their own, Outstanding" My daughter was searching for property.We experienced varying degrees of disappointing poor customer service from lots of estate agents. However Haart proved to offer superior quality of service. We arrived at the property and were greeted warmly and professionally by Erin McGregor.who was fully engaged in providing high levels of customer care. As she showed us round the property, she confidently answered any questions and gave us assurances regarding any extra details which she could follow up on after the viewing. Her manner was excellent, and she showed interest and enthusiasm as she interacted with myself and my daughter. She clearly enjoyed her job and did mention the excellent training she had undergone and she clearly exhibited it in her immense job satisfaction. Erin was highly proficient and had sound knowledge of the property and provided lots of valuable information . As a 'face' and representative of Haart she was outstanding.Even though another set of clients were waiting ,she kept to scheduled times remaining relaxed and attentive throughout our viewing. My daughter did make an offer immediately after viewing but it was thanks to Erin who secured the sale due to her professional expertise and personable manner. Haart are obviously committed to taking on staff who 'go the extra mile' Another point of contact who has also shown commitment and high level of customer care is Rosie. The agent we dealt with was a young lady called Erin Mcgregor. She was extremely helpful and has shown great patience with us. Our circumstances have made it difficult for us to commit to fixed dates and times but Erin was able to accommodate us, even at short notice. From the initial meeting and advising a price and marketing strategy stage for the sale of our property Haart have been outstanding and enthusiastic. In particular Evie Miller has been exceptional. She handled the very busy open day and subsequent flood of offers with efficiency and her communication with us has been faultless. Our sale has been particularly stressful with two failed attempts at the point of exchange but Evie remained positive, relentlessly cheerful, and encouraging throughout and we are now about to move. I would recommend her to any friend or relative and wouldn't hesitate to use her again. I doubt many people feel that way about their estate agents but I genuinely believe Evie has made the whole process as bearable as possible and I'm quite sure no one else would have kept me as sane.

I have used many estate agents over the years and its not always been pretty...but Haart in Norwich is one I'd go back to time and time again. Sam, Wayne and Evie were professional, helpful and good humoured. They made the process of selling a house as painless as possible. They negotiated a good price for me and chased solicitors on both sides without me having to ask. Straightforward good service. We're currently in the process of buying our first house with Evie and the Haart team. Looking to purchase a flat in Norwich we arranged meetings with several estate agents and met them at the chosen properties. Whereas other sales consultants just showed us around and handed us a sheet about other properties, Wayne Blue at haart really sold us a property. He encouraged us to visit one we had not considered, in fact two. He stayed with us, showed us round and knew all the background details. We were left with a choice from these two. We quizzed him hard over the next 48 hours and he either knew, or quickly found, the answers to enable us to make a carefully informed choice. He even made sure we were allocated a suitable parking space when he realised the sellers had made a bad selection. I cannot recommend Wayne highly enough as a negotiator.
