I don’t usually leave reviews, but the service I have received from Haart has been really great. We put our flat on the market and it was sold within 2 weeks and Haart held our hand every step of the way. I also want to give a huge shout out to Kim Wild, the moves manager, who went above and beyond with the level of service provided. It was like nothing I have encountered from an agent before. Kim assisted us by chasing all involved parties throughout the process - right through to completion. Kim’s advice, guidance, and compassion to our situation has been invaluable to me - we simply wouldn’t be where we are now without all of her thorough understanding of the process, the knowledge passed onto us, and the relentless chasing and help throughout. 10/10 Kim! Callum and Matthew have been hugely helpful to us as landlords. In particular Callum has kept in regular contact throughout the letting process and has frequently updated us by phone or email. He has also found us a professional electrician and builder to assist with preparations. Just a little point to add before I start, I never do reviews but these guys truly deserve a good one! I have been dealing with tyron (although everyone I have spoken to over the past year or so have been excellent) but in particular he treated us with the upmost respect and truly understood our needs. I won't go into details but me and my family have been though a bit of a turmoil time and, if it weren't for the support we received, could be in a very difficult and troubling situation. His compassion and understanding, along with his professionality, really eased us from the start and we knew we were going to get the help we needed and he delivered very quickly with the most assurance we could have possibly asked for. I would say housing is a fundamental part about living, we all live in a home of some description and I think its easy to be unappreciative of what you have, but you should truly cherish it for its the core of your life, your families lives. Thank you Tyron for everything you did to help ensure my home for my family, we will forever be grateful for your support through this difficult time. Give this guy a raise! Right now, with all that's going on in the world, its great to see people doing the commendable thing and supporting others, what more could you ask for.

Overall I would say this agency operates well. There were some errors during processing our new tenancy in the very busy pre-Christmas period, but these were resolved to our satisfaction and since then the only issues have been with getting names right (we have unusual names) but the service has been good. Communication handled between ourselves and the landlord has been responsive and helpful. Cressie Morgan, our primary contact, has in particular been very proactive and understanding of issues in the property when passing them on to the landlord, essentially making up the difference between a 3 and 4 star review for us because of that.

Definitely would recommend Paul at Haart estate agents. We were on the housing market with several other agents and they did not deliver their promises. I just want to say how impressed I am with the support Erin has shown me over the last few weeks in regards to a house purchase. She has been very facilitating and when making my offer on the house, she was very understanding and never dismissive of any offer I put forward. She was constantly in touch with the vendor and would keep me updated with all goings on, and in the end managed to secure a sale with the vendor and they accepted my offer.
