Absolutely disgusting office, especially Becky!! She forgot to contact our landlord last year when we rented from Haart and it costed us £700 extra, what a joke. Ignored my emails so I ended up walking into the office to speak to her face to face where she told me it's everyone's fault, how's my fault that you are not contacting the landlord? Also refused to provide the telephone conversation as it was recorded, they listened to it but I never got a copy. I had to seek legal advice, avoid at all cost!!! Absolutely a joke, what a terrible service and person as well.

Where it can feel like an estate agent is only interested in selling for high prices Cal is actually really putting my needs first . He just a great estate agent.

George was very helpful, and explained options I may have moving on after the house is sold. I thought he would just turn up look around the house and then send me his evaluation. I was very grateful for the support and information he gave me.

I had two viewings on Thursday and which has left me concerned about about the authenticity and accuracy of information online and from the member of staff who I had dealt with. The first one was a ground floor flat and the photograph that was on Right move was not the flat that I viewed which was very disappointing. The flat I thought I was viewing looked out onto a garden but the flat I viewed looked out onto the car park. There was also a discrepancy about the service charge and ground rent. A difference of £1200pa is a lot of money to me. The second viewing, I thought was of a detached one bedroomed bungalow but I was shown a two bedroomed terraced bungalow that was £20k more. I had actually rang prior to the viewing to check I was viewing the one bedroomed detached. I was informed at the viewing that it had sold. It's an hours drive for me into the city so a total waste of my time. I tried to explain to the member of staff the importance of accurate information he was not interested at all. In fact my whole dealing with him was a total lack of interest.

I visited Haart in search of a new place to rent barely a week ago and I’m already on the cusp of receiving the key to a new place. There, I was helped by Callum Warrener and Matthew Cardwell who worked in tandem to provide an excellent and very friendly service. Despite being busy they have been available all the same time. I was listened to and had my needs understood. I barely ever had to wait to contact either of them and if I had contact with one of them one time and the other one the next time both of them always seemed to be up to date with my case. They liaised very quickly and effectively between me and the prospective landlord and helped me negotiate alternatives to the initial terms that were more convenient and easier to implement for me. They found personalised solutions to issues specific to my circumstances. I felt at every moment that they were committed to my needs. Everything done in a relaxed and friendly way. I highly recommend this team, I felt treated like an individual.

Haart, and in particular Charlotte and Callum, have been superb in their service, friendliness and overall professionalism. I’ve used Haart for both sales and lettings for over a year and cannot fault them. One thing I’m particularly impressed with is how fast they respond to emails, which puts them above and beyond other agents. Property did not have shower working when we got in, took 2 MONTHS to fix (their statement was that we still had the bath, so not urgent). After fixed, it has stopped again in 2 months, another 1 month without shower, then after 6 months, more 2 months without shower, 14 months living there, 5 months with no shower!!! House was rubbish, radiator when opened started to leak, it was missing part of it. Mould and damp all around the house, the property managers protect the landlord, loose your emails, promise to call back and never do, avoid Haart!!!

Charlotte Smith at Haart was appointed to my house purchase as a first time buyer and I'm glad to say made the whole process that little less painful. Each were great and it was a pleasure being guided through both experiences with Kimberley.
